Polystyrene balls
Palm Environnement masters the management of polystyrene balls.
Our know-how covers the transfer of these media from one filter to another.
We are actively involved in the modernization of treatment processes by participating in the implementation of bilayer filtration systems, integrating two types of biomedia in the installations.
Our method also includes recovering polystyrene balls from dirty water tanks to put them back in their original filter.
Thanks to our sieving system designed specifically for this task, we are able to separate different media.
Furthermore, we offer solutions for media conditioning (big-bag, filter dumpster, polystyrene ball storage tank, etc.), whether for temporary storage or for its destruction.
Expanded Clay, Biolite, Pozzolan
At Palm-environnement, we specialize in the renovation of biofiltration systems.

- We can also transfer it to another work.
- Our expertise includes packaging the media in big bags or filter bins.
- We have the skill to separate clay from gravel. Once the filter is emptied, the equipment becomes accessible and we can replace it.
Drinking water filtration sand
Palm Environnement specializes in specialized pumping operations within the sand filters of potable water treatment plants. These interventions include sand transfer, thereby allowing access, inspection, and potential replacement of the diffusion systems located at the bottom of the filters. Moreover, in collaboration with partners like Filtralite, Palm Environnement contributes to the replacement of traditional filter media with more efficient alternatives, such as dual-layer systems.

Palm Environnement masters the emptying of different types of filters, including open filters, cylinder filters and pressure filters, allowing detailed inspection of equipment.
Depending on specific needs, the extracted product can be packaged in a big bag or in a tank.
